Blow

Written by John Teague

Yea I’ve been here before

Familiar as a door

There’s something inside of me

I ain't willing to ignore

I can’t move my hands

I can’t feel my tongue

Movin' like a snake till the morning comes

Pour sand on my ear

While you and I touch

Blow blow the river so slow

Float on the water

Lay on the floor

I could stay

And count the shapes

In the clouds forever

Don’t even make a sound

Put your hand on my mouth

I’m standing on the wall and staring at the ground

I can’t close my eyes

My whole body’s numb

I like to sit still and watch my spirit run

I’m swimming through high cotton

While you hold me down

Blow blow the river so slow

Float on the water

Lay on the floor

I could stay

And count the shapes

In the clouds forever

How can just stay here

Who will even care

Who’s gonna find me

Who’s gonna Shed a single tear

I like where I’m at

I hate going back

If sober stopped calling I'm ok with that

Baby will you be Alice

And find me in Wonderland

Blow blow the river so slow

Float on the water

Lay on the floor

I could stay

And count the shapes

In the clouds forever

Blow Blow the river so slow

Float on the water

Lay on the floor

I could stay

And watch the shapes

In clouds forever

I could stay

And watch the shapes

In Clouds forever
